Book Musicians from Chhandayan
Chhandayan has many prominent artists as part of its faculty and we also are in contact with visiting artists. You can request that our artists perform at your events. If it can be arranged, we will be happy to oblige. In the request below, the organization/individuals requesting the performance will be known as the “Presenter”, while Chhandayan, Inc will be known as the “Producer”.
Rules and pricing:
1) The price for a musical program depends on the number of musicians performing
2 Musicians - $1500
3 Musicians - $2250
4 Musicians - $3000
5 Musicians - $4000
Payments should be made payable to Chhandayan, Inc. (Tax ID# 11 – 3429169),
One half of the fee is payable in advance along with this contract and remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of program. Once the request has been confirmed, please mail the payments to

Alternatively, you can use the Paypal button below. A 3% fee is added to the payment to cover Paypal charges.
2) The presenter will arrange snacks and beverages for the musicians.
3) The presenter with arrange room/place for the musicians to change and tune instruments before and after performance.
4) Additional arrangements/provisions to be arranged by presenter:
a) One 8 x 4 feet riser or platform with 12 inches height covered with a decent, clean
carpet. No one should step on it with shoes on after it is cleaned and set up,
b) Some sort of decoration around the platform will be much appreciated,
c) Appropriate illumination on the sitting area of the musicians,
d) Three Shure SM 57/58 or similar microphones on low boom stands hooked up to a
PA system with provisions for equalization, effect and individual and master
volume controls,
5) Any kind of recording of the program for any purpose is not allowed without prior written consent from Chhandayan Inc.
