Chandralekha Gangavarapu
Chandralekha Gangavarapu began learning Carnatic vocal at age five under Guru Smt. Shailaja Iyer in Naperville, IL, and continued her training under Guru Sri B.U. Ganesh Prasad. She is currently a disciple of Guru Smt. Jayshri Prakash. Chandra has performed in the Chicagoland area and in New York City, including the Balaji Temple in Aurora and the Yellow Box Theater in Naperville. Chandra is also an rnb/soul independent artist as well as a trained Kuchipudi dancer who completed her Rangapravesam in 2022 as a disciple of Guru Smt. Janaki Nair of Aananda Dance Theater. A recent graduate of Columbia University, she is currently based in Brooklyn.
Siddharth Ragavan
Siddharth S. Ragavan is a New York-based mridangist and composer under the tutelage of guru Shri Akshay Anantapadmanabhan and has played for hundreds of concerts, festivals, and fundraisers across the United States. Additionally, he is also a Western classical composer and film scorer studying at the Manhattan School of Music, where he uses his platform to bring more exposure to the Carnatic tradition and create works which blend the two genres.
Tanisha Srivatsa
Tanisha Srivatsa is a Carnatic vocalist and violinist based in New York City, NY. Currently, she is fortunate to be under the guidance of Vid. Charumathi Raghuraman, a senior disciple of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri T.N. Krishnan. Tanisha has appeared at several prestigious venues, including the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Brooklyn Raga Massive's Ragini Festival, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chhandayan Center for Indian Music, Columbia University's Raaga Mela, the Center at West Park, Akanksha Foundation, the Consulate General of India, and the United Nations. She has also had the privilege of accompanying for several dance theater productions, including the Nadanam Collective's Rachana and Silambam Phoenix's Waves of Resistance. Tanisha is a recent graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, where she studied economics, and currently works in finance.
